Recognix FaceCode Registration
====================

Recognix FaceCode is a new access system adapted for PC home users based on image identification technology.

The program is designed to protect computer users from unauthorized access to their account.

System requirements:
Operation System: WINDOWS 2000/XP/2003
Processor: Intel Pentium III 800MHz or higher.
RAM: 128Mb or more
Screen Resolution: 800x600 High Color or True Color
Web-cam that support 320x240 pixels resolution and one of following media types: I420, RGB24.

This is a shareware product and you can purchase a license and register it. You can try Recognix FaceCode for free for 14 days.

How to register:

1. After installing Recognix FaceCode trial version a new icon will appear in the system tray. Select “Register” by right-clicking this icon
2. Click on "Get registration key" and follow the instructions.
3. If all the above is done correctly, you will receive an e-mail with the registration key. Enter the code received under "Registration key" and click "Ok" button.
4. If all noticed above is done correctly, then your registration is complete and you will not see "Register" option in the menu.

Recognix FaceCode Shareware License Agreement
===============================

Please read carefully the following terms and conditions prior to loading the software. By installing the accompanying software you have indicated your acceptance of the terms of the Licensed Software. Do not install the software if you are not in agreement with the described terms.

This Software is distributed as Shareware. It is NOT free, Freeware nor in the Public Domain. You may use it for a trial period of fourteen (14) days, at no cost to you, to determine if it fits your needs. Should you decide to use it, you are expected to register it and pay the applicable registration fee.
Individual copies of the unregistered version of the Software may be given to friends and associates for the same fourteen days free trial period.

I. LICENSE

The Software is copyright protected by local and international treaties. The Software is licensed and NOT sold. This Agreement grants you the right to install and use the Software on your computer. You may evaluate the Software for a period of 14 days, after which part of all of the functionalities will be disabled.
THIS LICENSE PERMITS YOU TO:

a. Use one copy of the enclosed Software program ("Software") on a single computer.
b. Make one (1) copy of the Software for backup purposes only. You are not permitted to modify or delete any of copyright and trademark notices contained on the original diskette labels on any copy.
c. Physically transfer the software from one computer to another provided that the software is used on only one computer at a time,
d. Transfer the software on a permanent basis if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

YOU MAY NOT:

a. Use the Software on more than one computer, workstation, or file server at a time in a network domain or a multi-user system;
b. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on, or copy (except for backup copy) the software or accompanying documentation.

II. NO WARRANTIES

The Publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages and losses, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, arising out of any use or misuse of the Software or any sequential damages including but not limited to the distribution of the files created by the Software. The User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Publisher from and against any claims or lawsuits, including Attorneys fees, which arise or result from any loss, damage, or liability in any form.
III. PERFORMANCE

The Publisher does not guarantee that there are no imperfections or errors in the Software. The Software will not intentionally cause any malicious behavior.

IV. PRIVACY PROTECTION

Any personal information disclosed to the Publisher as a result of registration will be held confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party for commercial or non-profit purposes.

V. NO REFUND

No refund is given at any time, unless authorized by the Publisher, under circumstances such as the licensing mechanism fails to work. Please contact us to see if you qualify.

VI. COPYRIGHT

All rights, title, and copyrights in and to the Software and any copies of the Software are owned by Recognix R&D. You agree not to cause or permit the reverse engineering, decompile, or disassemble the Software or remove copyright notes from the Software.

This software uses Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives, (Intel Corporation, all rights reserved) which is permitted by Intel license agreement. In no event shall Intel corporation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software.

VII. TERMINATION

Without prejudice to any other rights, the Publisher may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
